For recurring service plans, the card on file will be charged on the same date you signed up. If the payment cannot be processed, we will notify you by email or text so you can update your billing information.

Professional bin cleaning provides a deeper and more sanitary clean than typical do-it-yourself methods.
Our high-temperature cleaning process helps eliminate bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella while also disinfecting and deodorizing your bins.
Our system also captures wastewater so it does not run into storm drains or onto your property. In addition, our equipment typically uses far less water than a homeowner would use when attempting to clean bins with a hose.
Most importantly, it saves you time and avoids the unpleasant task of cleaning dirty bins yourself.
Many industry professionals recommend monthly cleaning for the best results.
However, for many households, cleaning every 10 to 12 weeks is enough to keep bins smelling fresh and looking clean.
The right frequency depends on how your bins are used. Homes with pets, diapers, or frequent food waste may benefit from more frequent service.

Possibly. If several households in the same area are interested in service, we may be able to arrange a route.
Please email info@RollCartCleaning.com or call (573) 227-COMO (2666) with details about your location, how many homes are interested, and how often you would like service. We will review the request and see if it is possible to add your area.
Some bins may have years of buildup, stains, or discoloration that cannot be completely removed in a single cleaning.
In these situations, it may take multiple cleanings to fully restore the bin. While we remove grime, bacteria, and odors, certain stains or embedded debris may remain.
Bins that are cleaned only once per year typically require significantly more time, water, and cleaning solution to restore.
Because of the extra labor, fuel, and equipment usage involved, annual cleanings cost more than regular maintenance cleanings.
Our routes are scheduled carefully, and when our technicians arrive at a home where bins are not available, we are unable to issue refunds.
If you know you will not be available on your service date, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to move you to another week.
We send reminders before each visit so you know when your service is approaching. If bins are not available when we arrive, we may attempt to contact you, but we cannot guarantee a rescheduled visit.
Yes. We carry commercial insurance and liability coverage to protect both our customers and our team.
Yes. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are not happy with the condition of your bins after we clean them, please let us know. We will return and clean them again at no charge. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund.
We stand behind the quality of our work and want every customer to feel confident choosing our service.
